We use the services of FedEx while delivering parcels world-wide to all countries except European Union.

Important note for customers outside EU! Please consider customs duty fee and VAT in your country. You might be asked to pay local fee and VAT while importing our goods. These fees are not paid to us while ordering in our e-shop.

 

GEBRUDER WEISS - Table delivery company    

Forwarder Gebruder Weis (www.gw-world.com) usually delivers tables within 4-5 days throughout the Europe. You receive the confirmation immediatelly after dispatch.
Consignments are delivered on working days between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. More specific choice of delivery time is unfortunately not possible. It offers an approximate delivery schedule which needs to be agreed upon by you and the driver one day before the delivery.
If you need specific information about the status of your delivery or exact time, please contact the driver who is carrying your parcel. The mobile number you can find in SMS message which you will get on your mobile phone.

PPL / PPL Parcel Shop      ppl

The delivery company PPL usually delivers consignments within 24 hours throughout the Czech Republic. Your consignment is delivered the next day after order confirmation. You receive the confirmation by e-mail as soon as all items in you order are in stock.
Consignments are delivered on working days between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. More specific choice of delivery times is unfortunately not possible. However PPL offers an approximate delivery schedule. If the delivery person is not able to get a hold of you he or she leaves a note in your mailbox detailing the next attempt at delivery.
In case of delivery at a private address the driver informs you about the delivery time via phonecall or text message.
If you need specific information about the status of your delivery you can use your parcel number (you can find it the next working day after the dispatch of your delivery at section Faktury or in your mailbox) to search for it at 840 775 775 or using a form at www.ppl.cz.

Czech Post delivers your order within hours since order confirmation. You are adviced the day of the delivery via a text message to your phone. You receive an e-mail detailing your parcel number and date of delivery the day of dispatch. Parcels are delivered on working days in the usual delivery hours declared by Czech Post in any given place. If the delivery is unsuccessful the parcel is stored in the nearest depositing post office and you are informed via text message or via paper note.
It is possible that you suddenly need to change the day of delivery or your depositing post office for your Parcel Delivery To Hand. You can do that in the course of delivery at www.ceskaposta.cz/zmenadispozice where you can change the details of your delivery after stating the number of your consignment. The form allows you to choose: morning delivery by postmen or storing your consignment directly at the depositing post office without delivery to your home or storing it at a different depositing post office or postponing the day of delivery by one working day.
If you fail to collect your consignment within 7 calendar days, it will be sent back automatically.
